D.I.Y. Welsh is not a traditional grammar book. It’s a step-by-step guide designed to help familiarize you with the structures and spelling of formal written Welsh. Rather than bombarding you with rules to learn and lists to memorize, D.I.Y. Welsh makes grammar practical and fun by using a system of color-coded building blocks to exercises that walk you through creating your own Welsh sentences. With D.I.Y. Welsh, you'll use emojis to remember the difference between masculine and feminine nouns, discover which mutations happen when, and practice using verbs in past and present tenses. Numbers and telling the time are also covered, and the book also includes two glossaries – English/Welsh and Welsh/English - to help you complete the exercises. Useful for anyone who finds grammar daunting or difficult, D.I.Y. Welsh is an interactive way to improve your written Welsh.
